- What happens if the answer is not in the documents?
- The agent says so clearly rather than inventing. You can set up a hand-off to a person, and analytics flags the questions left without a documented answer, so you can complete your sources.
- Are sources synchronized automatically?
- Yes. SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive and Nextcloud are synced at the source, websites are re-crawled regularly, and uploaded files are re-indexed when you update them.
- Is there a volume limit?
- A number of indexed pages is included per user and pooled across your organization, with extensions available by block. Details are on the pricing page.
