A person with their own space and agents. Agents and your website visitors are not counted.

Is there a commitment?

One year, billed once, from 50 users. You add users during the year, billed pro rata for the remainder of the current subscription.

What happens beyond the included limits?

Your subscription includes 1,000 AI calls per month and 400 indexed pages per user. These volumes are shared across the whole organization: a less active user leaves room for the others. If you approach the limit, you add an extension: 100,000 AI calls for €150 per month, 50,000 pages for €400 per month, an additional synced source for €100 per month. The service never stops without your consent.

How is the AI I consume billed?

Separately and with no margin, on your keys with OpenAI, Mistral, Anthropic or another provider. On average it represents 4% of the license amount. Analytics shows spending in real time.

How much does the governance offer cost?

On request, depending on scope and number of administrators. Details on the Governance page.

Can we switch from one offer to the other?

Yes, at any time. Governance switches on top, with no migration.

What does the 7-day trial include?

The full Enterprise AI Platform offer, on your documents, with your AI keys. Governance is not included in the trial. Nothing is billed without your consent.
